What is your return policy?

Any damages/ breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service team. Please provide a photo as proof as this will speed up the refund/return of your item.

All tech based items come with a 30 day guarantee so if it doesn't work then we will happy arrange a return and refund.
All Christmas lights have a extended return date. If you buy them between August 2025 - November 2025 then you have until 14th December to tell us if they do not work!

Food items can only be returned if they are not right, if you get in contact with our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Exemption to this may apply so contact customer service still after the 7 days and they may be able to help.

Unwanted returns can only be done with a valid reason that is accepted by us. You must get in touch with us within 24 hours.

Do you offer gift cards?​

We no longer offer gift cards.

What are the payment options?

So when checking out it will state offline payment this means you can either paypal us the amount or we do accept cash on delivery however it must be the right amount as change can not be given, unless informed in advanced.

How much is delivery?

We offer free no rush delivery on all orders! Yes that's correct on all orders.
​
However if you want your order within 24 hours, there is a small charge, which will be shown at checkout.
How is my order delivered?

Orders can be delivered two ways, you can choose from the carrier bags or crates.
​
We charge a small fee for carrier bags. No returns on carrier bags .
If you select no bags your order will be delivered in either a crate or box. These need emptying on delivery, unless its a cardboard shipping box which can be used during busy times.
